The Digital Center of Excellence is a knowledge and innovation hub offering digital skilling programs for students, professionals, and business leaders in Qatar. Founded in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Microsoft the DCE aims to create a highly skilled workforce for a rapidly growing, diversifying and technologically advanced economy in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
